I have been using Google Classroom and Google Forms for 2 years. I found the two tools are practical in any context.
Google Classroom can be a great learning management system(LMS). What can teachers do with it? You can create a blended learning classroom in which you can easily manage your students (invite students, email students, delete students, assign tasks, communicate, discuss, and track your student' progress with grading book). Teachers can also invite other teachers as co-teachers of the created class.
As for Google Forms, teachers can create different kinds of practice with a variety of question types (text, multi choice, true false, matching, scale, drop box, check box) in different teaching and learning topics.
Here I attach the PPT slides as an example of what I have done with my non-English major students.
